Topic: Where are the extension packages?

The links in the table on http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/versions.html#extensions for converting between FHIR versions 404.

For example, http://hl7.org/fhir/3.0/extensions/4.0/package.tgz redirects to http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/extensions/4.0/package.tgz and that 404s

I've created a ticket about this, but in the meantime, where can I get these packages from?

well, the packages you're looking for don't exist.

I use this package: http://fhir.org/packages/hl7.fhir.xver-extensions/

I generate the extension definitions on the fly from this package.

you could use the same code: org.hl7.fhir.r5.utils.XVerExtensionManager

Thanks @Grahame Grieve I'll look into generating them.

@Grahame Grieve - does your code take into account all the details that were worked out in FHIR-31721 or is that still yet to do? We have an implementation in SUSHI, but it was done before all these details were worked out (and doesn't follow all of them as-written).
