Topic: When to use different SNOMED-CT codesystems?

On https://www.hl7.org/fhir/snomedct.html#props it is described SNOMED-CT properties have their own URI. When is this supposed to be used?
e.g.

"system": "http://snomed.info/sct",

}
],
"text": "Hard of hearing left ear"
-> is there a better way to do this (using an extra "system":"http://snomed.info/id/363698007") somehow?

This is the correct approach, although I would suggest that the code is more precisely stating "Hearing loss, left ear"
