Dear all,
I need to figure out the way on how to capture the information that the given imaging procedure was performed according to the guidelines provided by the certain cancer imaging protocol,
e.g. the one described in https://imaging.cancer.gov/clinical_trials/imaging_guidelines.htm
And I am not sure how to do that properly.
Any ideas are highly appreciated!!

Use the workflow-instantiates (canonical or Uri) extensions on DiagnosticReport or Observation
