Dear all,
I need to figure out how to capture in FHIR data in about treatment (cancer treatment) administered to a research subject or a patient, which may include (but not limited to )

1. Medications
2. Therapeutic agents
3. Various procedures.

And I need to be able to capture all detail in somehow consistent/logical way, so it can be queried easily in the future.
Thank you!

I'd suggest tying them together with an EpisodeOfCare. There is a standard extension you can use on most resources to tie them to the EpisodeOfCare, although I'm not sure it can be used for medications/theraputic agents.

There is also ResearchStudy, and a similar extension allowing you to associate most resources with a particular study.
