Diagnostics > DiagnosticReport

10.2.3 Boundaries and Relationships
http://hl7.org/fhir/diagnosticreport.html#bnr

For more narrative driven reports with less work flow (histology/mortuary, etc.), the Composition resource would be more appropriate.

Question:
What does it mean by "mortuary"? Literal "mortuary report", "autopsy report" or "certificate of death"?

Thank.

Post Mortem and Forensic Reporting. Generally there is an Anatomic Pathology element to this and maybe also Medical Imaging. All of these are text based reports (i.e. not atomic data).
