Hi All,
I'm in an exploratory stage to identify the Clinical Resource that needs to be used to exchange the Vision Services that I get from the Claim Information. Below is an example of the vision service. Would really appreciate some guidance on this. Thank you!
Eg; Information in a Vision Service.
Diagnosis Code: NDC: Z0100 - Encounter for examination of eyes and vision without abnormal findings.
Procedure Code: - CPT Code:
- V2020 - Frames Purchased,
- V2103 - Spherocyclinder 4.00D/12-2.00D,
- V2784 - Lens Polycarb or Equal,

Do you mean what resource would we use to represent the event? That would be a SupplyDelivery of a device and the characteristics of the glasses would be reflected in the Device properties
