I realise that I have a problem in the validator space: we've gone to a R4 validator for validating R2 -> R4, and that works except in one little respect that no one has run into, but I have to figure out eventually: the R2, R3 and R4 terminology servers not only differ in API , the differ in content.

I know how to convert resources between 2 and 4, but not how to convert the API between the 2 - because of the maojr change to codeSystem
