Topic: Version-specific references with _include and $everything

If a resource contains version-specific references, should the referenced versions be returned by _include or an $everything operation? I can't find anything in the spec that makes this explicit either way - it seems implicit that it should, assuming the server has that version. And if so, do existing server implementations actually do this?

Agreed that it implicitly should (and with your implication that we should say as much in the spec).
