Looking for recomendations of tools for managing the creation, versioning and publication of value sets. Does anyone know of any tools that are publicaly available either as opensource offerings or commercial tools?

but the value set editor is a little rough right now - I'm trying to work out whether to give it love. Obviously it's not going to compete with Apelon, bu the price is good ;-)

Any plans on expanding http://hl7.org/fhir/practitioner-specialty in the next DSTU? I would have expected to see things like PCP/GP here...

That code system will likely get deprecated in favor of something from v3 or maybe SNOMED
