When looking at: https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/
It shows that the latest version of the validator is v4.0.36 but when I download it and run it it shows for the version:
FHIR Validation tool Version 4.1.9-SNAPSHOT - Built 2019-11-29T18:14:56.20+11:00 - Git fe9dc1919b7d
I did clean the browser cache :)

4.1.9 is correct. the stated version is wrong.
