@Rk, when you're posting a question, be sure to set the topic heading to something related to your question. (You accidentally put your question in the thread that was talking about "Buggy codesystem".
$convert doesn't create a StructureMap, it just converts an existing resource to a target FHIR version (as identified by the 'Accept' header. (And I'm not sure whether HAPI supports this operation - you might check on the #hapi stream.)
