Hi Fhir team. In the Hapi Fhir documentation, there's a great example of how to use the DSTU client. http://hapifhir.io/doc_rest_client.html
However, that uses the hapi-fhir-structures-dstu2 package. The hapi-fhir-structures-hl7org-dstu2 has annotated "SearchParamDefinition", but they don't actually contain the ca.uhn.fhir.rest.gclient.StringClientParam fields. Would it be possible to add these param fields?
