Hi all, Currently in fhir, Generally for Practitioner resource of different categories we can assign roles with practitioner-role resource but apart from practitioner other users, maybe Administrative, IT Department, Managing Teams..... What will be the resources we need to map them with & roles mapping resources used for them in fhir?

All of them are practitioners with practitioner roles

Practitioner is anyone acting in a professional capacity. So a taxi driver hired to transport patients by a hospital is a Practitioner.
