The Narrative.status codes don't seem to reflect the use of Narrative in places other than Resource.narrative, such as Composition.section.text. Composition.sections don't need entries so what do you put as the status = 'additional'?

It's the same basis - generated from the entry core elements, generated from entry core elements and extensions, or "manipulated by a human, so lord only knows what it says..."

Agree that the descriptions should be generalized so that it's clear what the codes mean outside Resource.text
