FHIR Vital Signs BP profile - http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/bp.html (snapshot view)- stipulates "For supporting observations such as Cuff size could use other datatypes such as CodeableConcept." at observation.value.
- Please confirm this means another separate Observation just for cuff size is needed. If this is not the case, how are implementers implementing cuff size along with BP measurements?
- Are folks implementing cuff size in the same BP Observation at Observation.valueCodeableConcept?
- Please provide an example if possible

Cuff size cannot be in the same BP observation because an observation can have only one value, it must be a separate observation or maybe a component of the BP observation

It's a component because it's not meaningful on its own - it's a qualifier of the blood pressure observation
