The only resource that I know of is this website: https://www.healthit.gov/isa/united-states-core-data-interoperability-uscdi
If you go to the link at the top that says "ISA Content" a menu will open with a link to "Vocabulary/Code Set/Terminology". Click that link and you can browse to see the breakdown of requirements for each data class/element. It won't answer all of your questions but it helps.
