I am attempting to use a Medicare Beneficiary ID (MBI) as an identifier on a patient. I am using system "http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/us-mbi".

During validation, I get the following error:

URL value "http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/us-mbi" does not resolve

Is using MBI supported in 4.0.1? Should this be working?
