Hello, I am looking for direction to implement US Core DiagnosticReport for Note Exchange profile resource. Is it required to display the "attachment" in the "PresentedForm" only as a text or can we display the results as a PDF or URL to an image (if the image is stored on a server) etc.. Thanks.
