Can someone give me a quick explanation of how the US-Core and Argonaut implementation guides are different? US-Core seems to reference/lean on Argonaut implementations, but I'd like a clearer picture.

US-Core picks up most of the argonaut rules and applies them in the context of R3 instead of R2
