I have a field for Treatment history of a particular condition like "treatment history of Bipolar Disorder".
I want to figure out which resource/fields to use in FHIR for this.
It looks like Observation fits in, If this is the case then we have to represent "treatment history of Bipolar Disorder" using "category" and "code" fields in observation. Not very sure about how to do this either.

The category would be something like "Medical history". "Treatment history of bipolar disorder" would be the code
