Can someone point me at an example of using the Consent Resource to record a Treatment Consent? All I can find are PCDs - ie consent related to information access, not consent related to procedures

@Michael Lawley please help us work through this. We are trying, but don't have enough participation. What would you consider the critical elements of a Treatment Consent? Have you tried to use the existing Consent for this? Did you find improvement opportunities? Do you have an example we can use? We don't want to create an example that has no basis in reality... @David Pyke is lead co-chair on this effort.
