Hi Team,
I have generated FHIR JSON, when I ran the validator got below warning. Is there anything wrong with my FHIR JSON format.
Warning @ Bundle.entry[2] (line 1, col468) : Entry isn't reachable by traversing from first Bundle entry

yes what is wrong is that you have an entry that isn't referred to anywhere else in the bundle

Are you validating against R4 Core?
Just wondering, because theres no such rule that I'm aware of...
