Project Summary for Transplant, Transfusion, and Grafts on FHIR -- it's supposed to be part of STU to Normative Ballot. Is this an Observation, Procedure, ...?

What 'this' are you referring to an HL7 Project? There is a currently a draft resource called BiolocgicallyDerivedProducts and a project to create an implementation Guide. @ Bob Milius ?

Yes, there is a draft resource that addresses this: http://build.fhir.org/biologicallyderivedproduct.html (very drafty right now)
