Topic: Trailing slashes in code system URLs?

According to the FHIR UCUM page, the correct system URL for UCUM is "http://unitsofmeasure.org", but this sample observation on the SMART sandbox is using "http://unitsofmeasure.org/", with a trailing slash, which means that a string comparison fails to match. Is that an error? If so, are systems expected to be forgiving about trailing slashes?

then the sample is wrong. But it might be graceful on the postel principle to be forgiving about trailing slashes
