I'm looking at a use case where we want to track the time at which each item on a questionnaire response was completed. Anybody created an extension for this kind of thing before, whether specific to questionnaires or more general?

I've not seen anything on it.
Interesting thought though, tracking how long/when the bits n peices were done.
(for one of our larger questionnaires 14 components with multiple pages we save drafts as its going so that session timeouts don't lose content, and can easily be restarted/picked up later)
