Hello. The social status of the patient. In which resource is it better to store the social status of the patient (unorganized preschooler, pensioner, schoolboy, unemployed, soldier)?

Not sure that it equates to social status, but occupation covers many of the examples you gave and there is a set of occupational data for health (ODH) profiles defined (US Realm) if that helps http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/us-odh/
