Which is the best test server to test a new FHIR application? There are many sandboxes but most are not maintain and hardly work. What is the best way to approach this? Thanks.

If it is intended for the US market probably the Epic and Cerner sandboxes. They are by far the most common ones

Is there a difference globally? We are not getting through EPIC or Cerner.

Sorry, don't understand what you mean.
There surely _can_ be differences in FHIR adoption between different countries / regions - my experience is limited to the US so I cannot really say

I use HSPC sandbox to test my application.

Thanks....So it works well for you?

I wish I have more control of my sandbox instance. But it works for most my needs: test and demo my SMART app.
