Hi, I have read the http://build.fhir.org/terminology-service.html that describes the role and usage of Terminology Server, is it also expected that when we post a resource on a FHIR server and if the resource has any codes (system and code) would the FHIR server hookup with Terminology Server and validate all the codes before it saves the resource?

a general purpose server is allowed to validate all the codes - that's one explicit purpose of the terminology server API. and my server does. But that's not required for a server to do
