Has anyone given any thought about synchronizing test patient's between the major EHR sandboxes? In Epic, we have Jason & Jessica Argonaut (and the Flapjack family?); in Cerner we have the SMART family; and in Allscripts we have Alice Newman and others. Which are all different than Peter James Chalmers and the other examples from the Patient resource specification.
Is this a Ring of FHIR activity? Patient committee? SMART on FHIR? Who would coordinate something like this?

Well, certainly a vendor activity at one level. But I wonder how much prodding will be needed by implementers? My gut instinct is that we need use cases and to draft out some details. Would it be easiest to have each vendor select a test patient that the other vendors reciprocate? Or would a neutral 3rd party defining a test patient help facilitate things? Clinicians on FHIR might be positioned correctly to facilitate. But do we add Bob Anyman to the vendor EHRs? Or do we update the Clinician on FHIR usecases to use Jason/Jessica Argonaut and Alice Newman and others?
