In reviewing the STU3 version of Claim, I find there is no place to reference a related condition resource. Has this received any discussion in the WG?

I would question whether we have the richness of a Condition (resource) conveyed in a claim context or workflow? For example, condition requires verification status, but I don't typically see that in the claim itself. Claim specifications I've seen (US-based) typically have limited information beyond the basic diagnosis code and sequence/ranking.

My guess is that this would be a "CodeableConcept|Reference(Condition)" situation (and it may be that the Reference falls outside the 80%)
