Hi All,
http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/substancespecification.html references a resource named SubstanceNucleicAcid (i.e. http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/substancenucleicacid.html). However this one is not listed under http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/resourcelist.html.
Is this a valid resource?

It's a draft resource. It's valid in the sense that it is not an error, but it is level 0 maturity, like several others. I would be interested in any feedback that you may have. This was drafted based on requirements from EMA and FDA (as recorded in ISO IDMP 11238), to allow exchange of substance data.
