I am trying to get subscriptions working on GCP Fhir store but I get an error saying "endpoint is not allowed. Please add the endpoint to the allowed endpoints in the subscription config of the FHIR store.". There does not seem to be any documentation on how to add an endpoint to the subscription config. Any clues?

We don't support subscriptions at the moment. I'll have to check why that error is still being returned - there is currently no way to configure allowed endpoints.
