Hello
A quick question/observation of Subscription framework.
Following sections have statements such as 'Example using.........':

I'm assuming these statements are intended to be hyperlink. If my understanding is incorrect let me when know where I can find such examples.
2'nd question : Does the element Subscription.filterBy.searchParamName accepts chained parameter?

build.fhir.org is a development platform, the version of the spec there is not final and is subject to change (at any moment).
