Topic: Subscription endpoint getting 404 error

Hi,
We created Subscription with end point.
We are able to get Console message when creating Resource matches Criteria of Subscription, But while calling endpoint it getting 404 error where We are able to call endpoint outside (We tested via POSTMAN client for same endpoint).
Someone please guide us, do we need to do any other changes.
Note: We are using endpoint url is outside FHIR Server not in FHIR server.
