We have Subjective information( in SOAP) which consists of patient symptoms, symptoms noticed date and treatment date.
I understand that this should go under Observation resource .
Not sure how to represent symptoms noticed date and treatment date in the observation.

effective = noticed , treatment assuming separate observations.
