structuremap can be used to represent mappings between FHIR and NON FHIR resources. could any of please let us know if HAPI FHIR Java supports structuremap transformation operation.

Note that supporting the transform operation and supporting a particular non-FHIR syntax for use with it is a separate question - what format are you interested in transforming?
