I have some questionnaires with several scores, so several formulas with different questions and I have to save the formula of each score with a name and a description. Is it possible to do this in the questionnaire resource?

For example the "NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index" results in 3 separate scores (pain, urinary symptoms, and quality of life) and I would like to store the formulas of each score (weights of specific answers) in the questionnaire resource.
