Thank you @Rik Smithies I have already tried with sorting under lastupdated parameter. Other than that no other parameter it is accepting for sorting.

it will very much vary depending on what server it is. FHIR specifies lots of things as possibilities and not all servers will implement all of them.

Thank you @Rik Smithies for all the help. Can you please provide me the _query search examples. I am not able to find specific example using this _query operator. Thanks a ton.
