Topic: Sleep Observation phase referencing

Hello, I am trying to represent a sleep observation containing multiple phases such as deep sleep, light sleep and rem sleep. I am currently using related target for referencing the smaller segments of the phases which occurred during the whole sleep cycle. Is using the related property the way to go for recording the relations with sleep measurements? Thanks in advance!
