Hi all, We need to capture multiple types of services. Place of service will includes ER, Observation, SS, OR, Inptient services.
sub services includes Initial, Sub Sequent, Discharge, Admit&Discharge, Consultation, Critical Care services.
Another services are Physician spent face-to -face time with patient, Billable, Non-Billable, Time based, MDM based and Level service.
We are unable to map these values to ServiceRequest resource or which resource is suitable? can anyone suggest me.

So location type should map to Location.code. Sub-services sounds like an Encounter type. The last sounds like it should be tied to ChargeItem.
