Has anyone good advice on representing a 'copy-to' (CC) recipients list on a ServiceRequest so result copies can be distributed to other relevant parties? Thinking mainly pathology and imaging requests...

Sounds like you'd need an extension with references to practitioner and/or practitionerrole and organization and maybe relatedperson
