Do we have any guidance?

@Ian McNicoll has created this archetype https://openehr.org/ckm/templates/1013.26.267 whilst I could convert that to a FHIR Questionnaire. I think I'd be more useful pushing the transport https://project-wildfyre.github.io/careconnect-messaging-r4/Bundle-covid19-service-request.xml.html

How would I carry an archetype in this message (via supporting information).

I donlt think you would need to - more realistic is that the process captured by the openEHR template kicks off the kind of referral for contact tracing that you appear to have modelled here - in some cases that might be done inside the openEHR system but just as likely is a referral to a seaprate system - I suggest we work on that as a first step - it would be good to understand the contact tracing referral mechanism - what info needs to handed over. @Diego Bosca

It's nicely decoupled that way. The action is FHIR but the supporting information can be pdf, fhir, openehr, etc.

(the action could also be HL7v2! - this example https://project-wildfyre.github.io/careconnect-messaging-r4/Bundle-covid19-service-request.json.html is based on NHS ITK v2 ADT message)

It should be possible to generate a FHIR questionnaire derived from the archetype in any case. Then mapping should be trivial.
