What would be an example of the MedicationRequest.reported[x] where the “record was captured as a secondary 'reported' record rather than as an original primary source-of-truth record”.
There is none in the FHIR spec, is there any from the business case?
In addition, if the MedicationRequest is the secondary reported, will it still contain MedicationRequest.requester and MedicationRequest.performer?

This requirement came from the EHR vendors who get records shared with them that did not originate in their system.
