How to search those Observations that have a value greater than the corresponding upper limit of its reference range? Thanks.

You'd have to define an operation or maybe a custom search parameter

Alternatively, you could just look at the interpretation. Generally, Observations outside their reference range should have an interpretation of High, Very High or something like that.
