Hi,
We were working on a use case where we need to get the list of procedures with codes which belong to a particular valueset.
As of now i was able search a valueset with its idenetifier,id,url and so on..
and also search Procedure with code/codesystem url
Can we do a search something like below:
[base]/Procedure?code:in=[ValueSet?identifier=2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.424]

The way I read the specs you cannot do that - you have to specify either the value set logical URL or its actual id on the sever (see http://hl7.org/fhir/search.html#token)
