Hi, I was wondering if this query might be correct
[Base]Observation?_id:below=myid
The idea would be to find the observation 'myId' plus all targetted via its hasMember

Reading the specs I think it should be Observation?hasMember:below=myid - I doubt anyone implements it though

What Michele said - I wouldn't recommend assuming anything but a test server would do this.
