The dstu2 spec had a category for Health Concerns in the Condition resource. The new value set for that data point no longer includes health concerns. Where in the stu3 spec would it be appropriate to include that data?

Condition. The category binding is example and we strengthened it to extensible and added health concern in US Core here: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet-us-core-condition-category.html
