Is there an easy way to see what has changed on each resource?

Look at some of the initial analysis there seem to be multiple places where the sequencing of elements within a resource has changed. What would motivate such a change?

we got a lot of feedback for DSTU2 that the order of elements between resources was inconsistent, and that it should be consistent. We've been imposing a common order of elements where they have the same meaning for resources. We're trying to get the order consistent early in the FMM status

OK thanks, I wondered if there were any technical reasons, I couldn't think of any - that's because there weren't any.
