Hi,
I've few question regarding the STU3 FHIR US core implementation - Code System

1. What's the Category Code & Code - System that should be used for Condition Resource:
a. In the US Core : Code System used is "http://hl7.org/fhir/condition-category" 

 b. In the US 4 Core: Code System used is **"http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/condition-category"**

 c. In ONC FHIR Query Tool : For the STU3 Implementation - US Core Condition Profile - the Code System used is 
       **"http://argonautwiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=Argonaut_Extension_Codes"**
       The code for Problem is problem and not problem-list-item

   **For US Implementer's - what should be the code system that needs to be followed?**

2. Should the STU3 Resource - Reference to Code Systems defined in http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/CodeSystem/ or http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/

a. is correct for US Core when using STU3. b. is correct for US Core when using R4. They're the same code system. The canonical URL changed because of a change to how HL7 manages terminology. It's possible that c. was used by Argonaut for DSTU2 - @Eric Haas ?
2. STU3 should use http://hl7.org....

I've another question regarding the Condition Resource in the STU3 world.
Condition Resource have Category's as -
1. problem-list-item - Code System: http://hl7.org/fhir/condition-category
2. problem - Code System: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/CodeSystem/condition-category
3. encounter-diagnosis : Code System: http://hl7.org/fhir/condition-category
4. health-concern : http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/CodeSystem/condition-category
My question here is,
1. How different is problem and problem-list-item.
The FHIR Definition states :
a. Problem-List-Item: An item on a problem list which can be managed over time and can be expressed by a practitioner (e.g. physician, nurse), patient, or related person.
b. Problem: The patients problems as identified by the provider(s). Items on the provider’s problem list

  So, when i perform a category search with value as problem  on the Condition Resource- Should it provide a list of problems?
           If i perform with a category as "problem-list-item" - Should it provide a Condition resource with one item?

2. In the ONC Conformance Tool: https://fhir.sitenv.org/fhirconformance/
Conformance Test for Condition Resource - The test is performed for Problems and Health-Concerns
I couldn't find the Problem-list-item & Encounter-Diagnosis in the STU3 Conformance Tool.
Question here is,
To be conformant with the US-Core Condition Profile- should the FHIR server be capable of providing the category search on problem-list-item and Encounter-Diagnosis?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.
