Hope all is well. I have a question about STU3 to R4 migration.
Are there any end to end documentation to migrate STU3 to R4 Version of FHIR?
Any help is much appreciated :-)

There's a "Compare to R3" link at the bottom of each page in the R4 spec. For resources, there's also an "R3 Conversions" view. Finally, there's a high-level description of some of the major changes in the history page (https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/history.html). I believe that's about all we have.
